Then came my breakthrough moment in Canada. As a newly certified Exercise Therapist, I worked with a client who had suffered from debilitating shoulder pain for years. In just eight minutes, everything changed. The surprising culprit? A twisted pelvis – a powerful reminder that in the human body, the source of pain often hides far from where it hurts.

Beyond my work as an Exercise Therapist & Personal Trainer I am also one of only three assistant instructors for Exercise Therapy in Europe. I teach other health & fitness professionals while helping revolutionize the approach to pain management through evidence-based exercise therapy.
